Can you provide me with a payment plan option?
We offer a fixed fee pricing option for those on our business packages to help with cashflow.
Will you provide me with a quote up front?
Most of our fees are priced up front or given a good estimate if it’s an unusual situation, so you know what to budget for. We know you don’t like random surprise bills, but we do want you to keep talking to us. So we don’t charge like old school accounting firms by the minute for every phone call either.
How hard is it to change accountants and when is the best time to do it?
It’s actually really easy. We take care of the switch for you, so your part is simply having a chat with us, reading and signing some terms of engagement and then we contact your previous accountant to get the information sent over to us. There really is no best time like the present, if you feel you want to change, contact us now to find out what this means and how easy it is. Chances are, if you are coming to us for assistance with growing your business or improving a situation, that should be prioritised so you see results sooner.
What does a free consultation involve?
We email you a short questionnaire to make sure you get what you need to from the meeting, we arrange a time to meet, and then we chat through your business and your needs in person, when it suits you, or in an online face to face meeting if you are not able to meet in person.
Will you adjust your packages?
Change and flexibility is necessary in your business, so our packages are exactly that, flexible to change when you need it. If a situation changes or arises that requires more attention, simply talk to us and we will find a solution to suit your business. Our packages are not set in stone, no two businesses are 100% identical, so we adapt the package to suit you.
How do I know an external partner is the right option for me?
We have worked with many businesses all different shapes and sizes, we know they are unique, but interestingly enough, they all share the same problems and anxieties. Bigger businesses can just be better equipped to weather the storms due to a greater pool of resources. The most successful businesses that sleep well at night no matter what the size, work with someone independent to the business on an ongoing basis to keep them on track to achieve their goals.
